Why Agentic AI Will Redefine How We Work
The revolution unfolding beneath the buzzwords rewires how decisions get made and what delegation means when AI can act, not just advise.
Read on LinkedIn →I'm a product leader who still makes things, not just someone who leads people who do.
As Chief Product Officer at Airtel, I lead product strategy and build digital platforms across our Consumer and B2B businesses. The products we build touch over 400 million lives, serve thousands of enterprises and power more than a million small businesses. Building at India scale, with its complexity, diversity and speed, teaches you what holds up under pressure and what doesn't survive contact with reality.
What drives my focus now: AI is reshaping how products get built, how organizations operate and how individuals work. I'm in the middle of it: leading teams through the shift, deploying AI across our platforms and experimenting in my own work. Separating what actually changes from what just sounds good.
Over 23 years, I've built across digital media, internet and telecommunications, in Australia, the United States and India. Consumer products and B2B platforms. I learned from global ecosystems along the way: Microsoft's culture of curiosity, the editorial precision of Condé Nast, the systemic rigor of Ericsson. And from the people: leaders, builders and peers who shaped how I think about product, strategy and leadership. That breadth shapes how I approach problems. Which patterns repeat. Which lessons transfer.
