About Me
Over the past two decades, I’ve been fortunate to work across industries, countries, and cultures—with teams that have shaped how people connect, create, and grow through technology.
Today, I serve as Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President at Airtel India. In this role, I lead product and digital strategy across its Consumer and B2B businesses—helping design and build platforms that touch over 400 million lives, serve thousands of enterprises, and power more than a million small businesses across the country.

But this is only part of the story.

What drives me is the belief that technology is most powerful when it empowers people—when it simplifies the complex, brings clarity to chaos, and opens doors to opportunity. Whether it's a self-serve journey that saves a customer time, a platform that helps a small business grow, or a product that enables a team to move faster and think bigger.
I’ve had the privilege of learning from global ecosystems—from Microsoft’s culture of curiosity to the editorial precision of Condé Nast, and the systemic scale of Ericsson. These experiences taught me that the best product decisions come not from certainty, but from the courage to listen, adapt, and learn continuously.

The Future I’m Working Toward
We’re at an inflection point—where AI, design, and digital infrastructure are converging to redefine how organizations operate and how individuals interact with the world around them.
At Airtel, I’m focused on embedding intelligence into the fabric of our platforms— to augment human capability with trust, speed, and context. From generative AI in customer journeys to smarter decision frameworks for businesses, we’re building for resilience, adaptability, and inclusion.
Outside my formal role, I mentor product leaders, advise startups through the Australia–India Innovation Network, and stay curious about systems thinking, behavioral design, and the role of technology in shaping collective progress.
